Returns & Refund Policy

We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Faulty or damaged items:

  • If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Change of Mind Returns:

  • We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

    • The item is unused and in original condition

    • Packaging, tags, and labels are intact

    • You cover the cost of return shipping

  • Refunds for change of mind will be made to your original payment method (excluding the original shipping fee).

  • Email us at thetrotshopnz@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide instructions. Proof of purchase is required.
