Returns & Refund Policy
We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Faulty or damaged items:
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Change of Mind Returns:
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and in original condition
Packaging, tags, and labels are intact
You cover the cost of return shipping
Refunds for change of mind will be made to your original payment method (excluding the original shipping fee).
